Salary: $400-500/month

Import Export Staff Position

  • Draft and control purchase and sale contracts, create supplier transfer orders, check and confirm supplier orders, prepare import documents when receiving delivery notice from shipping lines;
  • Check the cost of domestic and international transportation services, customs services and related services as required by the contract to ensure optimal costs. Make a principle contract with service providers clearly stating the rights and responsibilities of the parties;
  • Create worksheets, check worksheets from salesmen (with guidance);
  • Dealing with foreign suppliers ensures that the goods delivered are of the correct type, quantity, and on time as required by the contract;
  • Deal with customers to notify delivery, procedures for receiving goods, handover and acceptance, prepare payment documents;
  • Contract settlement;
  • Collect periodic reports from salesmen as required by the board of directors
  • Manage contracts and import-export documents of shipments;
  • Prepare periodic work reports for the Department Head;
  • Support sales department in preparing bidding documents;
  • Support the board of directors in the company's project work
  • Some other tasks as required by the Director/Head of Department.

Job requirements Import-Export staff

  • Have 1 year of working experience
  • University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields
  • Proficient in English listening and speaking skills, basic reading and writing skills

Working hours: Morning 8:30 – 13:30, Afternoon 13:30 – 17:30 from Monday – Friday (closed on Saturday and Sunday)
