Cone Crusher

Working principle

Cone crusher works on the principle of compressing materials between two cone surfaces. A fixed cone and a movable cone will press tightly against each other, creating a large crushing force to crush the materials.

As the material is fed into the grinding chamber, it will be gradually crushed and fall out of the discharge port at the bottom of the machine.

Main structure

• Frame: As the main load-bearing part of the machine, made of sturdy material to ensure durability.
• Main axis: Transmits power from the motor to the moving cone.
• Fixed cone: Is the stationary part, forming one half of the grinding chamber.
• Mobile cone: Rotates around the main shaft, creating crushing force on the material.
• Discharge door: Adjust the size of the final product particles.
• Lubrication system: Reduces friction and protects machine parts.
